The 2011 VW Routan is available in three trims: the S, SE, and SEL. The Routan S comes standard with A/C, middle-row captain seats that recline and fold flat, cruise control, leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel and shift knob, 6-speaker sound system with single CD player, auxiliary-in connection, and MP3 capability.
The Volkswagen Routan SE adds power operated side doors, 8-way power driver seat, heated front row, upgraded stereo with 6-disc DVD player and satellite capability, Bluetooth connectivity, chrome bumper grill, auto-dimming rearview mirror, and more. Optional features include power lift gate, rearview camera, 2nd and 3rd row video screens with headphones and remote, and satellite radio. The navigation package includes a built-in navigation system and Sirius satellite radio.
The SEL adds a power tilt/sliding sunroof, towing package, rearview camera system, voice-activated sound system with iPod interface, automatic headlamps, and more. The VW Routan SEL Premium, the top level model, includes chrome-finished door handles and outside mirror caps, memory for driver’s seat and mirror position, 115V power outlet, Smart Key, fog lamps, and a 560W sound system.
